Re: Cold Hawaii Games on Wednesday the 20th 1 day after RBM ?

It's an eleven hour drive from the RBMC location to the CHG location so they will have to choose, which is a shame! https://coldhawaiigames.com/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CxSH_qRIPsF/ It’s always like that when it’s same period for more then one event. Especially when it is on same kind off beach...

Re: New Woo WR

The only spot where a launch would have been save was Vorupor but the winddirection for that spot was not suitable. At Hanstholm it's virtually impossible to launch a foilkite and that spot is anyway much too sketchy and dangerous in those strong conditions, lacking a proper safe launch an landing ...

Re: New Woo WR

Jamie, you did your last woo record with the ozone r1. Why did you choose the Edge v11 this time over the ozone r1 ? The only spot where a launch would have been save was Vorupor but the winddirection for that spot was not suitable. At Hanstholm it's virtually impossible to launch a foilkite and th...

Yeah, they're not riding 7m in 40kn. The way that kite was whipping around on the beach, those gusts are easily in the mid-50s.
Yesterday around 15 to 15.30 it was 20,3 m/s and gusty up to 28 m/s when I check the station in Hanstholm.

Re: What's up with Switch Kites?

Firewire - no Tomo kite construction boards anywhere. I've tried contacting Switch through their chat system and email. It's been a couple of days and no response. Too bad! I am ready to buy & actually prefer their performance to other brands I've tested, except light wind. They are underproduction...

Switch & Firewire...no inventory. Great products but how do you get them? I've had as good or better luck with switch performance than other kites I've owned and durability is always fantastic! Just hope both companies get back in the game
FireWire? A lot of surfboard to get from them????
