Better kite all around. It's worth taking the jump from the '05 from what I've seen with the 8m. :th...

I've fallen and I can't get up

I find that ad to be in very poor taste. I mean, hello, the guy is in a wheel chair. Did he have an accident with is Windwing kite? The ad should read "buy this kite, end up here".

They also said try keeping the kite more overhead and invert the baord before the kite but I tend to su...

too many people get anal about right of way rules. we are not sailers racing. Agreed - if you want to enforce right-of-way rules, you need a judge on the back of everybody's board and anyone caught violating the rules must tack 360 degrees. It's actually 720 degrees, but we all know a 720 to be mor...

It is correct that the new 5th line is shorter. When the pigtail lengths are increased the kite's arc is opened up. With the opened arc the length of the 5th line is actually less than with the shorter pigtails. The kite will perform better with the arc opened up.

Rodney Dangerfield used to say "the eight seconds of bliss ain't worth the eight hours of bullshit." When kiting the 10 minutes of rigging is definitely worth hours of bliss!
