We print only SLS technology and the polyammide layer is 0,1mm with a result of very compact and strong parts. Antal ring is fine, only issue ALU doesn't like salt water and so much friction when rope catches some sand.

The price of the parts is still high but shipment costs and pollution is low because produced and sent from your country. For example a product made in China has a low cost but has to travel a lot before arriving...

This part is 3D printed on order by SCULPTEO service in San Francisco for the USA and France for Europe, the cost is high when you produce 1 piece at a time.
