FOne Signature 2012 Surfboard Epoxy or Poly ?

Need to repair small damages and cant find a reference if this board in the Fone web (a bit old one)

Does any of you know if the F One Signature, 2012, is Epoxy or Poliéster ?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Gong Hipe compatibility with other foils

Thanks for the reply.

You are correct Cabrinha plate uses 8M, not 10M.

I recieved measures from Gong, and now I believe I can use standard T nuts for 8M screws and they will fit on the Gong Hipe.

Gong Hipe compatibility with other foils

Hi allí, one question to GoNG users. I have a Cabrinha High Rise foil. Te top plate has two different type of holes, for screws sizes 8M and 10M. Looking forward to buy a Gong Hipe, but the screws to connect the plate to the board are 6M in this brand. Both are US box system, same 90cm distancie bet...

Re: Ozone cracking valves

Many thanks both for your coments.

The kites are in good conditions so I am replacing all old valves.

I wonder in what year did Ozone introduced the V2 valves. It would be great to avoid future 2nd hand purchases with the same issue.

Un saludo y buen viento !!

Ozone cracking valves

Hi all, I know there are old posts on this, but I just suffered from it on all of my Ozones and want to seek for advice. I ride Catalyst 6m and 8m (previous models), Reo 10m V3 and Reo 12m V4. All kites are perfect, no repairs needed in bladders nor in the textile, but the valves..... - Inflating va...

Feet pain after strapless kiting

Hi all. Since some time ago I am experiencing pain in my feet after long kite sessions. It is not related to straps as I am always kiting strapless, both surfboard and foil. Neither related to injuries, I dont need to suffer a hit in my feet, it just looks like the feets have been overcharged ( I ha...

Re: Ozone reo v3 inflate valve fail

Welcome to the club. Reos fly great, my best flying kites in many years, but I had to replace those valves in two diferente sizes last year. 6 and 8. Also one of the valves that connects to the bladder for the same defect, not on the soft part of the bladder but on the hard plastic piece of the valv...

Re: A question about a new harness pain

Hi I hope this helps, I am 178 height, 85 kg, and around 92 waist, I have been using an ION Alex for the last years in L size, perfect. Now I recently renewed it, bought an ION CS 13. Due to waist measure I was supposed to buy XL ( just in the low limit of XL). I bought an L, have not ride it yet, b...

Re: Safety tip for landing a kite with one up

I do this all the time with my 13 years old kid. Is not an operation for beginners. Just handling the kite with one hand while the other hand is occupied with another kite can be challenging for some non-experience kiters, moreover with larger kites. I never lay.my kids kite in the floor. There is n...
