Re: Why the long depower rope??

Hey y'all. First off thanks for noticing the details of our racing techniques. I've been using this downhaul system since 1999... It's pretty much awesome if you set it up right and know how to use it. All of you are all right, but with many key details left out. The video posted above is wrong. Clo...

Re: How to find the optimal racing position on your raceboar

Foot strap positioning is like the type of underwear you prefer... boxers, tighty whiteys, boxer briefs, hot pants, thongs... personally I don't wear any. but I do use foot straps downwind... even if you do have straps on your board now, move your feet around a bit and where you feel best move them ...

Re: Ozone Edge 2010 vs Cabrinha Crossbow 2010

The only true way to test which kite is better than the other is to have two riders in consistent conditions and of equal skill riders.... on the same board, same fins and etc.... which has never happened. So all is speculation at this point in my opinion. I know that I have beat the Crossbow a coup...

Re: A Twintip that can keep up with Directionals

Whoa there cowboy. No disrespect intended. I just wouldn't think it fair for people to run out expecting that this style of board would be competitive as your post implied. Conversely, I like the idea of this style of board and can even see room for another class of racing evolving with it. Keep up...

Re: 2010 Corpus Worlds training up-date...

sets a triangle leaving the marks to starboard? Please tell me they are at least setting an offset at mark 1? Remind me what the ISAF decided to go with for kites regarding the zone around a mark? Do not quote me on this here, but to my knowledge the course at the worldsthis year in Texas (I've hea...
