Varial X is a more advance kite than the Cab SB. You should compare the Airush Lithium with the Cab SB.

If you are a quick learner then go with the Varial X.

I've been there before as well, amazing place and unlimited number of spots for flat water. Pointe aux loup is an amazing slick on west, north-west wind.
I heard the waves session are epic in old harry but we didn't score any east wind while I was there.

wind season in the north is april to october, check out babaomby island lodge, amazing place... best wave spot and lagoon.

however november you might be better to check the south of the island, fort dauphin or anakao.
