Here in UK there's a few beaches. Unfortunately the nearest beach to me is one of them. You're not supposed to kite without third party insurance, and a permit from the local council. If your depower rope really is getting jammed in the cleat, then maybe considering attaching your leash to that isn't the best option!

(I own 2012 Parks and Cults previously, and have to say never had one "jam", on me. Sure, they take a knack to operate, but its not that hard).

Most estate cars/ wagons have rubberised boot liners you can either buy from the dealer or many custom made after market jobs off eBay etc. my Mazda 6 wagon has one and it's great for keeping the majority of sand contained. I also use a Thule roofboxes if going away with family- keeps all the wet ge...
