Re: How to untangle lines

I don't like these kinds of videos. The titles suggest that they're going to show something useful. The tips and instructions they give are never useful. This video shows nothing about untangling lines. It does show how to deal with line overs, but even then the method requires an assistant. If it ...

What's the wind range on them please? And would a 42cm bar be too big?

crazyfly raptor ltd 2018 vs normal pads/ straps??

I've asked this on a few FB sites, and asked CF directly (who chose to completely ignore me) - and not had any decisive answer. Will normal straps, such as Naish Apex, Cabrinhas, etc, fit properly onto a 2018 Crazyfly raptor Ltd? Has anyone done it? Does anyone have access to a Raptor & some straps ...

Re: Some questions :)

Given the same list, I'd put them in this order - but, I'm not expert, so please don't grill me! line tension edging kitespeed sheeting board speed clean ramp pop Lol - you're list and my list are almost reversed! Although the conditions I kite in sound different to yours, if there was decent waves ...

Re: Unhooking leash options

Try Switch leash. I used to break somehting like 2-4 leash/season, but this has hold up already one year. Release system is also quite rigid, so you won't release by mistake when passing (which has been problem with some other leashes). Also the price is reasonable. Good price for the leash - unfor...

Re: Unhooking leash options

I have the same problems. I've been using Cab leash's - but after about 6 months of regular crashing, they are so long they nearly drag in the water, with very little actual stretch left in them - and I also have a big issue with them releasing by accident - i've lost my kite about 6 times after dro...

Re: Cabrinha PU mainline depower tube

I dismantled mine as part of the line replacement programme. I don't do any maintenance, or washing, and treat my kit quite badly.... (sorry!).
There was no sign of any sand in it and the new line threaded through really easily.

Attaching a foil to an old twinny?

Basic nooby question.

I have an old twin tip that I'm considering bolting a foil to.

Is there any reason why this wouldn't work/ shouldn't be done? It's 138 x 41

I've never ridden a foil.

Thanks
