Re: Will spleene ever make the zone board again?

For Rainer Kauper, I still own my 159 spleen zone. one of the best boards I've ever had. I noticed on the new boards just on your schematic views of them that there's tow in angle on the fins. One of the things I love about the spleen zone is No tow in on the fins. Having liked the spleen so much in...

Re: Core Roit XR3/GTS2 or F-one Bandit

Hey Cool, I have been riding core for 6 years. love their kites. I have ridden the bandit and even bought the bandit 5 in it's season, but sold it fairly quick as I did not like it. actually I should say I liked core a lot better. First of all whether you get the GTS2 or the Riot xr3 the adaptation ...

Re: OR Razor vs ?

If you are looking for something different, but similar all round with even better Kiteloops and jumping. Then get the Core GTS2. I have flown the razor and it is nice but where it lacks in performance the GTS2 is just much better at everything. Of course that is my personal opinion.

2012 Ocean rodeo Razor 7m review

Personal stats: completely independent review no strings attached. bought as a winter season kite to thrash having never owned one. I only got the 7m so can't comment on other sizes. 185lbs my kiting style and what I like in my kite: advanced freerider, big air, powerful kiteloops, freeride in the s...

Re: new Flysurfer?

Regarding the Interesting rear bridle: Not like Genetrix at all. Totally different function. If my understanding is Correct this rear bridle will give a little more low end power, but will also increase induced drag which will translate too less upwind performance and slower forward speed as well as...

Re: 12m XR2 or GTS2 - which has better low end? When XR3 com

I have been on every core kite except the original Riot and combat. I have been on the XR2 9 and 10m, since it first came out and I have been on the GTS2 9m and 10m and own all 4 kites. Some have made some weird observational differences between the XR2 and the GTS2 which I would like to correct. I ...

Re: Helium in a Kite for Light wind days?

Good try!! But remember helium does not lighten the kite. Helium affects the buoyauncy of the kite in ambiant air. Best at sea level and then degrading as you increase in altitude. So the kite will float in air and will resist being able to dive the kite in order to create apparent wind. Plus helium...
