Re: Herniated disc

All good advice. Been down that road with a herniated disc that bothered me for years. Yes, get a seat harness. I'm also rocking the dakine fusion. As far as exercises, I do "good mornings" and also use a "reverse hyper." These exercises target weak and tight hamstrings and glutes. Google both of th...

Re: Foil board or big kite for light winds?

Since the desire to snowkite is one of your criteria, I would get a big kite. I added a 17m to my quiver at the beginning of last winter. It has doubled my amount of snowkite days.

Re: Best harness for lower back pain: Ion Apex select or Mys

Engine Ride's website is showing that the harness is out of stock. I emailed Coleman (owner/founder) a couple of days ago to see if they're taking orders. I haven't heard back. Anybody know the story? I would imagine it is very difficult to keep up with demand and perhaps they need a break from new ...

Re: Electric Kite Pumps

Bravo BP 12, have had mine for a year. Adjust dial to desired pressure and push button, pump turns off when inflated. One of the best kite related purchases ever!

Re: Kiting in or very near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico?

Head up the east cape if there are good northerly winds blowing. Just pick a beach that you're comfortable with the launch/land. The waves are typically tiny this time of year on the east cape. Watch out for rocks! This will be 30-60 minute drive, depending on where you are staying in Cabo.

Re: splitboard for snowkiting

A couple options: Jones Mountain Twin. I've been on this board for two seasons. Much better than fighting a directional board half the time. Jones appears to have discontinued this model, but I'm sure you could find one out there. Venture Zelix. Another sweet looking twin tip. Venture makes very dur...

Re: Backroll Kiteloop Help

don't go higher! you gonna hurt yourself!!! In the first video you over rotate...second was already better. Give your rotation just an input for half a rotation...the looping kite will then pull you forward for the other half of the rotation. This way you can't over rotate! Good luck and let us kno...
