Does anybody tried Scepter bar on new North kites Vegas and Rhino?

hey guys... anymore advice on the Rebel vs Vegas choice? I too am looking to choose between the two. I'm mainly in chop, 12-22 knots with no waves.. intermediate level (can stay upwind and starting to work on jumps). Sounds like the Rebel is an "easier" ride, but is it that hard to relaunch?
