How much difference to kite turning performance does 10cm of bar length make. Specifically will I notice a big difference between a 50 and 60cm bar on a 16m kite?

My north has a pretty beafy pump leash attachment. I use a simple 1mm marlow line (200lb line) and the last 2.5m (rider end) is bungee. that makes it easy on the fingers and takes any shock off the kite when you pull your safety powered up. Works great.
