Been away from foil kites for a bit, and acquired a pulse 2... ItI'm sure bridle needs adjustment/some replacement... I sent an old 17 flysurfer in to some shop many years ago to be adjusted, and it flew excellent after... dant seem to find any place that does that now.... any one have a link????? t...

The problem I have with pulleys is the wear on the bridal.. I have to replace my pulley lines twice a year...I launch-land on a sticky sand beach so always have sand in the pulleys...Its just somethiong more to go wrong......

How ldo you keep from tripping over it everytime you switch feet??

Feel the board with the bottom of your feet and keep the kite lower than for a twintip......With the kite lower it glues you on the board....Ride the surfboard and make the kite keep you glued on it....

Kite position is everything strapless.....

The contest is based on surf style and not tricks.... Tricks and aerials are ok to watch sometimes, but i personally would not watch a freestyle contest...

Someone else can probably explain the judging criteria better....

I had a mako 140 for over a year, I got it for the waves... But have moved to surfboards.... If your into waves a surfboard is the only way to go... Also makes great lightwind board....
