Re: Cut Liquid Force Mast to 1 ft and 2 ft for Foil Beginner

Hey guys, My name is Phil Midler. Sean is one of my students, this is my first time on this thread and I'm glad to see some of you are interested in the cut masts. We have been selling a lot of them and finally have them back in stock. As a rule I don't really go on forums as the trolls just make me...

We built this foil...more to come.

We built the foil in this video locally along with the shaft that connects to the carbon "Lift" board. Works great and is the easiest foil to learn on...we have tried the "Moses" and "MHL" and this was better for sure as it is slower. We'll have some other items coming out that will make it easier f...

Re: Slingshot Eye Candy

http://www.xlkiteboarding.com/prodimages/giant/K-RALLY-2013-1.jpg I agree with the 2012 Rally being awesome! We taught on them and sold them to many happy customers last season. After getting 5-6 sessions on the new 2013 Rallys, I'm really starting to dial them in and figure out how the tick. I thi...

Re: 2/4 Line Method Trainer Kite

No Problem! Yeah, you'll need 10mph but only for 4-line mode. We had it up and having fun in 6mph and less with the 2-line setup. The 5th line will work just make sure to only use the four lines and disconnect the 5th line before flying the kite...just extra drag.

Re: Pump gumming up, what to do?

Silicone is the way to go...they poster about the petrolium products is correct. To keep them running smooth spray them once a month or every other week and you'll keep them working for a long time.

Re: 2011 Slingshot Rally

I've flown the Rally in light winds and in higher winds on a 10m and really liked it. It is NOT a light wind kite and is hard to get out of the water in super light air but is a GREAT freestyle and wave kite. Very fast in the window with lots of pop. The bar pressure seemed to be slightly more than ...

Re: 2/4 Line Method Trainer Kite

I've flown this kite in both modes and works great. The downside is the added weight and drag of the lines in 4-line mode make it heavy so you'll need a solid 10mph to fly it. The 2-line bar is to cut down on costs is what they told me...including a 4-line bar and lines set would double the price......
