Core XR5 high bar pressure?

So the few reviews I've seen of the new Core XR5 all mention increased bar pressure. How much more bar pressure does it have? I know the reviews all tend to gloss over or hide any negatives, so if they mention increased bar pressure, it could mean that it's really high. Any real riders not affiliate...

Re: switch bar v3

Still sounds like the same old heavy bar. New color, a few other minor touch ups here and there.

They need to make it a LOT lighter and make the grip a lot more comfortable. I think it's one of the heaviest bars out there.

Re: Core sensor 2 pro bar versus core sensor 2 bar

So with the sensor 2 pro:
Does the kite become too reactive? Overly responsive?
Do you feel every little gust of wind (in not a good way)?
Does the kite feel less smooth?

Core sensor 2 pro bar versus core sensor 2 bar

What are the real advantages of the sensor 2 pro bar over the the sensor 2?
Is the sensor 2 pro worth the extra $200?

Re: Switchblade 2015 bar pressure

Many of the newer kites have "light" bar pressure. Their definition of "light" bar pressure is light until the kite becomes slightly overpowered at which point the bar pressure becomes enormous, nearly unusable. Most of the manufacturers would say "just buy a smaller kite" but yet in the same breath...

Re: Ocean Rodeo: 10 & 12m Flite

I love my OR 17 Flite. I can't even say how many sessions that baby has saved.
Thinking about getting a 14.5m2 Flite.

Best TS 2015 Vs. Naish Pivot 2015

I love jumping and wave kiting. I'm looking for a new kite that excels in these two areas (assuming they are not mutually exclusive.)

I'm considering the Best TS 2015 versus the Naish Pivot 2015. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Andy

Re: What about light wind boards? Calling the Average Joes..

I spent the night thinking about it. There are so many boards, this could be a very expensive test, something we may not be able to do just yet. Plus boards are way more subjective to size and riding style of the rider. Yes, there are many "light wind" boards but the fact that there are so many so ...
