Re: Advice please - Board for heavy rider in chop?

The Aboards flip in 134*45.

Very nice underrated board, great upwind, good pop and eats chop for breakfast!
And it doesn't hurt to much in the wallet!

Re: New board for someone from wakeboarding background

The Aboards x-series is also a great contender for you : http://www.aboards.eu/public/index.php?Products:Boards:X-series - inserts specific for boots if you want to ditch straps. - Good amount of rocker, but still less then a pure wakestyleboard, so better upwind performance. -built in Europe -norma...

Re: Help! Is the North Vegas quicker than the North Evo?

The evo in the smaller sizes flys way better compared to the sizes 10 and up! Try the vegas 9 and the evo 9 back to back tomorrow. The vegas unhooks and loops better, but for lowend the evo is the king. I sold my evo 12m, a month after I bought it, but realy liked the 9 and the 7. The 12m is for hea...

Re: Aboards - reverse or escape

In those conditions I would go for the Escape. It is a full camber board, and has more grip on ice. The Reverse is a Rockerboard and has its tips lifted upwards, freer feeling, better to jib with and ride powder with, the Camber boards which are the boards we all have been riding for the past 30 yea...

Re: 2014 North Evo review (in comparimsment to the 2013 Fuse

Ahusseini is clearly on a North bashing trip. Strange you think F-one is better? I had my Bandit 3 blow up after 10 sessions. And the safety of the bar broke two months later. I will never buy F-one again. But never had any problems on my North gear, and I use them a lot each year. Relax, every bran...

Re: Aboards 2014 Z-series

Compaired to the 2010 Z-series the 2014 has gained 1 cm in width. That gives a better feel and stabitlity when landing full speed, chop handeling and an overall smoother feeling. For upwind ability the Z is still " best in class" Pop is still the same as ever, so very good. If you liked the 2010 you...
