Re: Feasibility of the ONE for surf, foil and kitesurf

How about skimboard for small airplane package space and weight? Skimboard could be almost (close to symmetrical but not quite) used as a TT with pads if you attach inserts, small surfboard or wakeskate-style foilboard. And no wind use it as a skim.

Re: light wind surfboard VS foil board

Also if you hf strapless it is plowing, nothing more. Nothing more? Are you foiling yet? Spoken like someone who has not foiled or foiled strapless. Why it matters to you if I am foiling or not or strapless or not? And to answer yes I've had a foil board for two years already, time flies. I am spre...

I find it much more fun than directionals or plowing.. M...

Re: WOO gen1 vs gen2 accuracy

How come the woo, piq and xsensor all show the same height? You say these devices dont work, when just using one shows that they do work. I dont understand what point you are trying to make. You wish they didnt work? You dont believe they work? How do you think VR and AR work using phones as screen...

Re: WOO gen1 vs gen2 accuracy

I know a few riders who use a Woo and PIQ, both give the same readouts +/- half a meter. It must be so simple to test these devices, put a tape measure vertically, throw device up, take video. Does the device readout match the video? Repeat 500 times. As kiteboarding is not a freefall sport compare...

Re: light wind trim?

"Kite breathe" means keep kite flying forwards (not locked in single place in wind window). Fly arcs in marginal wind with bar in sweet spot for the true wind. Oversheeting will reduce kite forward speed and produce less power than forward flying kite with a gentle touch. From lift equation you see ...
