"Thrill to Risk Ratio"

Of all the so called "risky"sports I have participated in over the years, kiting must have the best thrill to risk ratio of the lot. I would like to know if anyone has experience of a sport that gives a bigger buzz but with less risk?

I have been fortunate enough to demo both the 2011 8m Evo & Rally in 20knots+ of sea breeze. The Rally had a disconcerting "wingtip tuck" when put under pressure and felt less solid in the air than the Evo. I had a quiver of 2009 North Rebels that did the same thing.
