Guardian Angel?

Okay, so the other day at Pismo beach, I was having some fun using my little 3 meter trainer kite. It was pretty windy and I was getting some good air with it. About ten minutes after I had set up and was flying it, a couple of dudes showed up in their truck with some questions. It turned out they h...

Best Magazine?

I really to subscribe to a kiteboarding magazine. Unfortunately, there's a few different kinds and have no idea which one to get. I'd like to choose the one that's the most entertaining and is the most informative. Anyone have a preference? If they're all basically the same, I'd like one that prints...

Re: Terminology

correct. Low End is the minimum wind you need to stay upwind or get going High End is the maximum wind you can hold the kite and control it. Or lower and upper wind range. Got it. I thought maybe it had something to do with the pitch or angle of attack on a kite, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the h...

Re: Good Start-Up Kite?

theres a reason naish have been phasing out there sigma shaped kites, they suck. Best kite for a beginner is a good modern C kite. If you cant handle a C kite you dont belong in the sport. And i would recommend you try rollerblading. Dude, don't be hatin'. You mad, bro? I was just asking to see how...

Good Start-Up Kite?

Hey, I've been lookin around and noticed the Naish Bolt. It's a pretty strange shape, but it's apparently a very stable kite, at least that's the hype. It's not the only kite I've looked into (such as the RRD Vision, O.R. Rise, Cabrihna Contra, ect.) but I WOULD like to know how it fairs when it com...

How is the material? Is it lightweight like tejin or RS nylon or is it bulky like Kevlar or canvas?

Re: Adding some lines

Sorry to here about your legs bro, but doing it with your wheel chair is righteous! Nice to see it didn't get you down! Did you ever high side and fall over? It seems a wheel chair would be pretty hard to control...
