Re: Wainman 6'1 Surf vs Firewire KFE

Just thought I would post some info for those looking to make the switch. I eventually sold my Wainman and bought a KFE. Have been riding it and surfing it in Mauritius over the past 10 days. In a nutshell board is extremely balanced and very stable. Probably a bit more volume than I expected but no...

Wainman 6'1 Surf vs Firewire KFE

Considering making the switch as I can't paddle the Wainman. Has too much rocker for me when surfing.
Is this worthwhile ?
Thx

Re: Whats the deal with Lobitos?

Guys,

I was thinking of hitting Northern Peru in the second half of December.
From what I can read wind/wave season ends in October though
Should I wait for next year or will have still have decent conditions ?

Thanks

NSP Shortboard 6"2

Any experience using that board for kiting ?
Construction should be rock solid and probably big enough to be paddled as well.

Comment appreciated

Surfboard Pads / Fin set up

Hi, Am still on the run for a surfboard as the LW Quad has still to reach Australia... Given the price of kite/surf gear I was considering getting a proper surfboard like surftech and mounting pads on. Wondered if anyone has experience with Predator Surf Strap or similar NSI gear. Does the "glue" th...

The cable park is indeed pretty good and really cheap, a good way to sped windless days and get away from the city. It also happens to be the HQ for Airush/Starboard so you may get to try new gear if you re lucky. Personnal experience with kiting in Thailand is that it sucks. Maybe try some of the i...
