Re: Which Bar?

At the kite. Tie a new knot closer to the kite on the bridle.
Or add a pigtail on the rear lines (assuming they are already all the way :thumb: :bye: out).

He did NOT say he hated drones. In fact, at one point he said they were great for certain things. Just not 2 minute boring intros....

Re: Recommendations for a kite

You are way overthinking this and putting way to much faith in a chart that gives just a rough idea to start with. Listen to the advice or go ride a lot but stop looking at that damn chart.

Re: Ride Engine 2018 Harnesses

Also, the further sideways the attachment point can move the more de power you lose when toeside. If you like to ride wound up, this can be a problem as well.

Re: FireWire Evo KiteSurfBoard

IMO, the Evo planes a tiny bit better and goes upwind a tiny bit better but that is not why you buy a wave board.
The Vader is way more fun on the wave, goes more vertical, faster turning, blah, blah, blah....
Guess you’re going to have to demo✌️

Yea, the kite is fine. Just make sure the board is big enough.

Re: Recommendations for a kite

Don’t do it, don’t get any kite. A lot of us started with, i’ll Only do it in light wind then go back to windsurfing when it is really blowing, but that is not what happened and probably won’t for you either. Learning to kite, just like learning to windsurf, is more difficult when the wind is light ...
