Are any of you sharing a quiver? How does that typically work out? Given theres a 40lb weight difference, my wife would always be down a kite size I think. Not necessarily. If she wants to ride a tt powered and you want a strapless surf slightly underpowered for waves, might be same kite size. Happ...

Do I need another board? or

The answer is pretty much always yes. Those are not really questions if you already know the answer.

New Ozone bar is great. ATB with bungee and simple click reload, like a seat belt. Easiest out there. Great lines, easy center untwist by hand. Comfortable bar grip. It all just works, does what you need and nothing weird.

Not necessarily. Strengthening the weak point will help. Strengthening the strong point will probably make very little difference.
