The wind is very rarely off shore. I've lived here a year and its mostly side on shore or on shore. You need to bring a 12m / 15m unless you come in June or July then we have stronger winds but can vary between a 9m & 17m in same day.

The wind here changes so frequently you will need to bring a variety of kites between a 17m - 9m. You can foil ANY day there is wind without issue.
