Anybody have experience of kiting at Sri Lanka in May? All references are appreciated

I'm traveling to Benalmadena, Spain (20km from Malaga) in late November and wondering are what are the best kiteboarding spots around there. I checked out that Tarifa is somewhat close (2h drive), but I'm hoping there's someplace good closer. Does someone have any experiences of this area? Links to ...
