Thanks for that. I actually have seen these designs, however do have the vac switch etc, just unsure exactly how to connect it correctly.

Would someone mind emailing me a circuit diagram for setting up the system (with vacuum switch and relay) for a 220-240V system? I am very interested in how to connect all the relay plugs correctly.
