Re: Too big for a small board?

In strong wind your new board will work. I'd try a 142'x43 will help more with hauling 100kg plus equipment.

Re: Ozone Zephyr V8

I have zephyr v5 and it's awesome turnes very fast for a big kite. Almost a one kite quiver for certain large riders! Similar turning speed to a 13m, so you can get it back to the power zone quickly in lighter winds. Which can be an advantage for new tricks and technical maneuvers. I imagine the new...

Re: Ozon R1 V4 - Jaime Overbeek Edition

On my chrono v1 i had a freeride bridal set made for it. So all of the bridal is now the thicker lines which are less prone to tangles and knots! Works great. I think it cost around 250$ or so.

Re: R1 V4 vs Chrono V4

I own a chrono v4 11m and a chrono v4 15m ..love them.! snow or water excellent boost, very stable easy quick inflate and launch, lightweight canopy! Light bar pressure. With the range of the kites you may only need an 11m and a 15m to cover most outings. Much thicker bridal lines than the chrono v1...

Re: 20m LEI Kites - Its Time

Agreed on the fun floaty style of big kite- small board combination. I go with a flatter board 142 with a 17m edge, for the light wind, And if it blows stronger just take out a board w more rocker with the same 17m kite.

Re: 20m LEI Kites - Its Time

Hey, do any of you own a 19m edge? Will it jump higher than a 21m as 19m may turn back a little faster for the ultimate send?

Hey, consider a crazyfly raptor extreme, that has the rocker and edge which sounds much like you are looking for.
