I haad the skim skate and returned it because it felt heavy and unresponsive. I then got a Hyperlite broadcast which is a better ride in my opinion. I took off the three rear fins ( too much drag) and put one 1"x10" hyperlite wakeboard fin on each end which seems to have the perfect traction to drag...

Thats true but it seems worse when some clueless sales guy is talking you into buying the stuff. At least many of the internet sites have disclaimers and warnings.

wakeboarding magazine ( sister of kiteboarding mag) does a great issue on trick tips every year. it shows just about every trick out there and it really helps a kiter understand wakeboard based moves.
