If you're worried about the fixed stopper limiting the depower when self launching, use the oneline and pull in another 10-20cm's to give you even more depower to limit the pull.

Hey Kik128 I'm 90kg's and had my TD14 out in 15-25knots, it has HUGE power and when the gusts came through I was really powered up - but felt totally comfortable! I didn't use any of the oneline depower. I certainly wouldn't pump it up in 25knots I'd go smaller, but can easily take it to this and pr...

Couple of tips; Firstly, I always have 1 hand pulling on the line and the other hand holding the bar on the other side so the kite won't hot launch but rather drift to the window. Pull on the line, when it starts to flip over keep the pressure on the line so the kite stands up at 90 degrees, if you ...

$100 bucks if your not happy!!! Come on!!

I haven't tried the hellfish and not saying it's not good, but if it's claimed as the 'best' kite ever then Best should be offering a 100% money back guarantee!!

Not $100 bucks, put your money where your mouth is Best.

What's the ideal weight for a kitesurfer?

Might be a stupid question but when I think of it I'm actually quite curious. I've heard alot of 'light' kitesurfers wanting to put on weight to handle bigger (less twitchy) kites in stronger wind and alot of 'heavy' kitesurfers wanting to loose weight to ride smaller (faster) kites in lighter wind....

agreed with the other post, sand the serial numbers back it will make a big difference. also, 2 other techniques; 1. as already mentioned, raise your angle of pull upwards (once you think about it you'll understand) 2. pull in the relaunch ball, release quickly without letting go of the ball as this...
