Re: Any reviews about Kitech's Fly 15m?

Yes, I own a 9m and 12m kitech fly4. I have used the 12m in 6+ knot range with the 12m, and the kite stays stable in the air in low winds. After flying the kite and going for a short foiling run, I decided to sell my 13.5 cloud kite which was my previous goto kite in very light winds. The kite is al...

Re: Advice for buying 1st Foil Kite

I would strongly consider the Kitetech kites. I bought a 9m and 12m several months ago as my first foil kites and obdurately love them. They are not as high aspect as other foils out there like Ozone, Flysurfer, F one but this makes the kite easier to turn and relaunch. I found the control similar t...

Re: Serious crash

He did have a broken ear drum. Reading translated FB post, he wore a helmet but took off the ear flaps. That bar was violently ripped out from his hands. The slow mo is deceiving. Looks like strong off shore winds judging by water and jump height. Gloves didn't help. Makes me respect even more the g...

Re: Safety System. F-One Bandit X 2017 ?

Just adding my two cents I had bandit 5s. Looks like they have made some changes since then but overall design similar. Very nice all-round kites. I have since gone to more specific kites for my needs/desires, but these kites will carry you far into your progression. I also see you had another post ...

Re: RE: Kitech foil kites

Finally got the chance to fly at Kitech foil kites and I was immediately impressed. Got my hands on a demo 9m from Laszlo at https://kitehydrofoilmiami.com. From my first time riding it with my Alpine foil board I was sold. To be honest, I told myself that I have been wasting my time riding a tube k...

Re: New Video: Strictly Kiteloop.

Thanks for the advice and great video. Yeah I'll check out that the 1080 superview which gives u a more vertical view apparently. I also use a helmet cam. Keep up the progression and vids! We haven't had as many looping winds of late so I've been foiling more.

Re: New Video: Strictly Kiteloop.

Nice video and sweet loops! I'm jealous. Yeah I've learned the hard way that best to face kite as u start loop. For me, facing kite also aligns my board more downwind for the hot landing. If I get a good catch (which i wish was more often), then I have time to switch feet for the downloop. Also stro...

Re: F-One Bandit vc Cab FX ?

I went from a quiver of Bandit 5s (8,11,14) to Fx 9m and 12m. Really pleased with the switch. I liked the versatility of the bandits, but was also looking for something new. The FX is more c shaped as mentioned. The 9m is my favorite twin tip kite I've ever had. It is a dream for kiteloops. Turns qu...
