You can cut out valves from an old bladder and then heat seal them in place. Just cut them out square. Glue can work too but that can be a real pain.

Use Teflon backing over hot wire so that it does not burn the rubber. The heat resistant Teflon you can get for pennies a FT in the hardware store.

Best is to get a sealer that has a timer build in, so you can tune it to your needs.
