You can cut out valves from an old bladder and then heat seal them in place. Just cut them out square. Glue can work too but that can be a real pain.

Whit the techniques I posted you can move valves and so adjust pretty much any existing bladder.

Velocity, I'm on it man, yeah those techniques are old but are good for the home builder. Now we have it down to a fine art.... :-) It's amazing how much traffic that site has, and it really makes my day when I get a visit from somebody that made his board from my site. Use Teflon backing over hot wire so that it does not burn the rubber. The heat resistant Teflon you can get for pennies a FT in the hardware store.

Best is to get a sealer that has a timer build in, so you can tune it to your needs.
