Re: Switch Element/Nitro Confusion on Bigger Air Kite

Nitro has a slimmer LE, making it a bit less draggy kite, better float with not that much downwind speed on landings unless you want it to. Bit slower, but good enough for looping. Needs a bit more technique for jumping, Element jumps easier and is more of an allrounder. Weight is similar. No idea a...

Re: Which Kites and lines lenght are most people using for 30 to 50 knots

8m Legacy2 on 24m lines untill 40-45 kts I think. Haven't ridden it in more wind yet, but had to work pretty hard in 45kts gusts (I don't trim it btw). When it's nuking 50+ I'll get my 5m Element4 on 20m lines.

Strapless I ride my 5m above 30 kts untill 40 I think. 20m Lines.

Weigh 87kg.

Poor Core... just barely surviving :'(
The sarcasm In The post Indecates you feel that they should be capable of literally barely surviving.

Can you explain why you feel like that?
Capcore posts sound like that. Maybe they should raise the prices a bit more then. Passion, you know.

Re: Airush Innovation - Load Frame Technology

Waiting for a material that isn’t even production let alone in a kite specific application made by a single manufacturer that would then sell it to a kite brand to get cheaper? You will be waiting a while!!!! 😂😂😂😂 It exists. But by the looks of it, not very suitable for kite fabrication yet because...

Re: Core kites and kiteboarding industry sales this year

So why are there 50+ kitesurfing brands exactly? Charity? Trying to live from a passion. No, it means there are more than enough pieces of the cake for everyone to enjoy. Some come, some go. There are brands selling same quality current year kites for half the price of some other brands, and they'r...

Re: Ben Wilson Kite bar

You plan to cover both lines with PU tube? I can't imagine that would be smooth sheeting through any bar. OT and just my opinion. PU tube is unnecessary and in my case undesirable. I get that it looks more OEM, but its like so many dongles on bars that can in some cases pose more hazard than they s...
