Re: Nitro 7 Proto Photos

Hey Bill, Thanks again for all those great kite designs you accomplished at Switch. Me and my wife are enjoying our Elements/Nitros/Heliums every day. I heard that you might join to Slingshot family. Is there any truth in it? :D Hello Shave & Jorg: I have a 30+ year longstanding policy to never cop...

$47.88 for some string? Are they selling you the whole roll or something?

Low margins... that must be why you get 30-40% discount on last year models... same goes for bars.

I like these OEM designs. They work very well, and don't have defects in general. Only thing I would like to see is PU sleeved safety lines.

Re: Something going on at Cabrinha

I don't believe NP would sell their entire kite division as one of the biggest players... but who knows...

Re: What does true mean for you?

As mentioned, the lines are crap, they still use sleeves, some bar parts are very prone to breaking, bridle lines are crap, and stitching on the kites -although neatly done- is all over the place in areas that shouldn't be weakened. And some of the contruction details are pretty mediocre too, mostl...

Re: What does true mean for you?

Well if 'true' means mediocre quality and design, I'll skip. Mediocre quality? That's not what North is known for. You can thank their marketing department and dealer network for that.
