Re: Zeeko Spitfire Hydrofoil

But how do I use it and how do I attach a line to my torch bar ? I think they simplified the system from earlier versions and removed the backline attachment. Previously you'd run a line from the LWR pigtail through a little ring behind the backline (attached to a bungee), then through a loop in th...

Re: Zeeko Spitfire Hydrofoil

That must beIMG_0142.JPG what that pig tail is on my naish Boxer I wonder why naishes website doesn't explain that Naish calls it LWR - lightwind relaunch. Just from the explanation of the ERA I think its the same. For super marginal days it helps. But how do I use it and how do I attach a line to ...

Re: 2018 Naish Global

Looks awesome. Sure it will be a great board. I'm on the fence between the Global & the S-Quad. Have had S-Quads in the past but they didn't have the speed that the thrusters did. Guessing the Global is a fast board. Outside of a gun I have never been able to hold more speed on any board. I've had ...

Re: Zeeko Spitfire Hydrofoil

what is ERA line ? Getting a bit off topic, but it stands for Easy Relaunch Assistant, it's an extra line, running alongside a steering line that connects to the tip of a strut (not the center one obviously). Pull a meter on that line and the trailing edge folds on one side and the kite flips over,...

2018 Naish Global

Just got the new Naish Global 5'10"and Soloshot3 in the mail today. Ive refused to buy any kite constructed boards for years now my last 2 were the Slingshot verve that wasn't a bad board but it just sat in my closet and the 5'6" Vanguard which I loved but it was so heavy that I sold it and bought t...

Re: 2018 Naish Slash

I actually used my 12m Slash today in 9mph and my Spitfire foil. Thinking of selling my 12m Boxer. Tell us more.... Typically the lightest kite wins.....when foiling. I like a kite so light it doesn’t require attention to keep it from sagging out of the window due to weight. The Boxer might be a li...

Re: Soloshot3 a New way to film kiting

I got mine today. It took so long to charge the battery that by the time I set it up it was dark. Hopefully there will be enough wind to foil tomorrow and Ill test it out then. The video of the 25 doesn't look that bad. I hope the 65 is a lot better.

Re: 2018 Naish Slash

how much power a wave kite generates when the rider loops the kite is important. I prefer to generate less power so I can redirect the kite without being pull out of the wave. Also is important the skills of the rider but also the kite. I have NEO and SST wave kites. Same board, same rider but the ...
