Re: Cabrinha Switchblades 2010 - 2013

Again, thanks everyone. I don't know if that helped much, but I am going to try to ride them first. Seems like whatever I choose, they are all good kites. Also seems like there is a lot of personal preferences out there, but no solid "XXX IS A BETTER KITE!" I am a fan of having a different kite, but...

Re: Cabrinha Switchblades 2010 - 2013

Oh yea, I ride by my self a lot, so I have to self land and launch often. Launching isn't usually the problem, but I have read it is nearly impossible to self land the 2012 switchblade because the centerlines are together. Not sure if that helps.

Re: Cabrinha Switchblades 2010 - 2013

Thanks for all the feedback. I have found a 2012 that is only $200 more than the original 2010 that I was looking at, so that is a no brainer. I will definitely drink the fewer beers in that case. LOL. It is unfortunate that I have been kiting for over 2 years and have only ridden 3 kites. 2006 Waro...

Cabrinha Switchblades 2010 - 2013

Hi everyone, I have come across a little bit of a problem hopefully I can get a little help on. I am looking to buy a new(actually used, but new to me) kite because I can't afford a new kite. I have found that I would really like a switchblade, but before I bite the bullet, I frustrated my self by r...

Re: The Safety Topic: please post your experience and advice

Made this to help those trying to learn or trying to teach. It is a 3D .pdf, so it won't work on your phones. Also, I might make a few patterns, like figure 8 and a power or J Stroke...

Re: Trick List

Thank you very much everyone. I think there might be other people out there that are in the same situation as I am, so I think I might try to make a list and find some where to post it for others to begin. EDT, That is exactly what I am looking for. I will start with that list and hopefully. I am al...

Trick List

Hey Everyone, I have been kiting for about a year and a half and recently started to try to find some new tricks. I don't really know what to do, so a lot of the time I feel like I just go up and spin till I either land or crash. LOL. I am very comfortable jumping, going up wind, relaunching, blah, ...
