I love my 2012 ids Cabrina control bar and was wanting to use it with my buddies 2010 liquid force havoc. Will it work?

And what size kite to bring and if there are any schools or people that

Just getting started in kiteboarding and was given a Naish 2003 aero 16m kite but the control bar is trashed. Im having a real tuff time locating the bar and summer is half over at least here in Chicago. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks kitters!!
