Naish V4 16m - windrange

I have tried to work this out from going through loads of posts, but can't quite get it. The technical specs from Naish don't really help.

Kite: Naish V4 16m

Rider Weight: 95kg

Could anyone give me a rough idea of the windrange for this kite?
