Re: Foot Switch Training on Balance Board

I can see this as great way for my face to meet the floor.

Re: If you kite and wing which to do when?

Alot of winging lately as I just got into it. Even exploring super light wind that I'd barely get out to kitefoil to play around with pumping onto foil and slog around. I like the technique and makes for good excersize. Just having fun for now.

Re: Build plan!

Thanks for the input everyone! What wing size do you think I should start with? Most of the wind around here is light. I kite in 8/9 to 22knots most of the time. Was thinking a 6m for light stuff and maybe a 4m later on ? Well, sounds "right". BUT, a 5 m2 is the sweet size, that can go quite low, a...

Build plan!

I'm close to my reaching my budget to get into wingfoiling and just wanted to ask for some input!

I have a moses 633 with 91cm mast, could I use the moses 1100 with the 91cm mast? I'm worried the 1100
may be hard on the mast? Could snap it?

Would a 120L board be too big for 75kg me?

Re: position strapless board with just legs - no hands.

I can waterstart, handsfree, on my DC3'6" and 633 setup with board flat on the water. More successful in higher wind. Just put your feet on top of the board, back heli loop a couple times until youre ontop of the board and go. In less wind the board sinks under water first, up to my waist usually, b...

Re: SS Time code 68/ Rideengine Arc 68 ride experience

I used one alongside my spaceskate. About the same speed, same low end. More locked in feeling.. breached earlier because of wingspan so would perfer the 91cm mast.. I had the 72cm.

Re: What foil.

What would people recommend as smallest size board to learn on? Would like to get one I won’t want to replace in 5 minutes. I weigh 65kg but not sure if it’s as relevant to board choice as other disciplines. Weight does make a big difference in choosing board volume when learning. You don't want so...

Re: What foil.

Im 70kg and use the 633/91/483 setup with a DC micro and 7m 3 strut almost exclusively.. and love it.. good from 9/10 to 20knots ish but I dont have near the experience with other foils like some do here. I can get it up to 40kmh when powered up though and its always a good time. Might go for the 6...
