With the bullet train its a pretty quick trip? Are there hourly trips? Is it better to rent a car once I'm there or just take taxis around town? Which month would be the best for smaller crowds and good wind april,may,June,July? I would like to do some intense intermediate training with a instructor...

I have a friend who recently offered me tickets next year to fly stand by on American Airlines. I'm planning to to go somewhere for 2 weeks May, June. or July. Any advice on places American Airlines flies to with good flat water and consistent wind during those months. Thank you
