I own this kite and like it a lot.

It is very easy to fly, very friendly.

I do not regard it a super low end kite, C kites needs more windspeed, but 14 knots is no problem, depending on condition, board and weight.

I am right now flying with liquid force HiFi 2009 (not the comp).
Flies like C kites, good depower and very easy to handle. You can start them like a like a bow by pulling a backline.
They get my thumps up.

But there are other good C kites on the market...

I think you need at least 8ms, and a efficient board to get going with a LF Hifi 2009 12m. I think the Nemi, being a SLE kite, has better lowend than the Hifi (I have not tried the Nemi). It was mentioned in a presentation of the kaos board in Danish. The reason for using this material is to allow the board to flex more without breaking.
