Re: Moses 2018

Where Slingshot foils are made? There some good factories in China and some shit ones. I won't buy another foil, until I know which factory made it. Yes, I know. I'm weird about stuff like that. :angryfire: This thread is about Moses (Made in Italy) really, no? But why don't you tell us more about ...

Is it only me or everyone else noticed that it's much easier to learn new turns with Onda 633?

And the Comet has a new spell check feature.

What about scoop and rocker of the T38LTD ?
Just received some more, they will only stay for the night though.
It has a good 8cm of scoop when tail pressed down, or in other words, the foil plate taken as 0.

Re: Line strength for hydrofoiling ?

Glad you like them Peter :)
Keen to read more when you had more sessions on them.
And if you feel you may wanna try even thinner for the steering lines we will do that experiment too.

Re: Marginal wind kites ?

My comment is mostly regarding the 21m R1 which I love on 12m lines. I tried it on 17m lines which makes getting up and going easier for sure, but I do not like it much overall. I may try 14m lines next when 12m give me issues to get going. But anyways, when pushing the limits every time you need to...

Re: Marginal wind kites ?

My concern is less that the kite is falling out of the sky (of course it needs to be light and stable), but more that getting up and going is not the easiest thing to achieve when really pushing the low end. Every time there is the risk that it might not be successful again. Cheers, Frank www.famous...

Re: Marginal wind kites ?

Good point, super big kites on low end limit mostly make sense when you only rarely touchdown or even crash.
Keep them flying by keep flying (foiling) ;)
