It is roughly linear with your weight. Twice as heavy rider should use twice as big board and kite for surface area.

November is windiest month there. It is a great place. Mostly will be empty. The real tourist season is Jan-Feb.
Lots of location. There is even a lake in the middle of the island. They have a small kite school there.
