Re: How to fix delaminating Brunotti

I had that exact problem with my Brunotti Dimension (2012 I think... ) - clean the board from salt and sand - epoxy applied with a paint brush to put some epoxy even at the bottom the of the delaminated area - clamp it - as good as new :D My only mistake was to use non UV resistant epoxy so after a ...

Re: Choosing an Impact vest ?

I used that one for a while after the same kind of rib injury ( rib bones to poped out of the cartilage slots) https://www.murrays.com/product/cl-553/

Good rib protection with padding at the right place, not sure it is sold anymore.

Feedback on Nobile NHP and 2HD

Hi, After my beloved Naish Motion 2015 got destroyed by Delta Airlines during a recent trip to the TCIs I'm in the market for a new TT... I loved the Motion, so I could get a new one, but maybe it's time for a change + the new Motions (after 2015) are kind of ugly and yes I prefer nice looking board...

Re: Liftfoils materials and durability

I repaired a Lift front wing a few years back . Probably 2014 model... it was carbon over G10. The impacts and scratches did not go through the carbon layers, so seems pretty thick but you couls see the G10 in the holes for the attachment to the fuselage.

Re: Suggest me a great kite destination for march.

Check Turks and Caicos.
One of the last few uncrowded spot I know. March is the perfect time for good wind and nice temperature.

This is the main spot in longbay on a super light wind day

Re: Recommendations for a January Foiling vacation

My fully biased suggestion: try Turks and Caicos. On the Caicos bank or the lagoon side, fantastic conditions. Caicos bank = foiling in a giant pool Lagoon side = foiling in an aquarium Usually 7m or 10m weather for foiling. The caicos bank can be challenging at low tide, so I bring 70cm and 90cm ma...

My house in long bay is also mostly ok https://m.facebook.com/hakunamatatavilla/. From what I heard Long Bay area and the leeward side of Provo were spared compared to the rest of the island. There is more damage on the west side of Provo.

Re: Foil Destination for November ?

My choice: Turks and Caicos :-)
Super good foiling on the lagoon side or the Caicos bank side depending on wind direction.
Just need a short mast to foil on the bank at low tide...

But I'm biased because of the place I own there 8)

Check this. It apparently has an optional VHF pocket.
