dont waste your money, use vacuum bag and butyle tape. its guaranteed water tight and costs pennies per use. Same stuff for making kiteboards, just cut it to fit. Sony $10 headphones last for months as long as you wash them out with fresh water after you ride and keep them dry: http://tinyurl.com/yr...

I think the most interesting thing about the whole thread was the differences between the forum of kitesurfers and surfers. surfers contributed almost nothing, kites dug up all sorts of dirt on the guy, especially stoner. It would make Darwin prowd, evolution of sports and mammals for all to see... ...

just get a shaper to make you a small board, get it glassed a little thicker over the pads, put some inserts in and save yourself 400 bucks. Elsewise, go to costco, get a board and put some straps on it.

place to stay in the NW go north to la cruz and head towards the coast. its the last place on the right, just before the road goes steeply down to the water. the drop is an insane board, havent ridden a truth bigger than 140, but that one was sick. If I were you though, i would opt for the big lithium if possible, the bottom on that board is just insane. I have ridden the LF kites a lot (10 and 12m) on 20m lines, and they work great. I am looking forward to getting the 10 in some waves on the 20s. Havent tried anything shorter, but the LF kites work great at 20m.
