Hey fo, I missed the cut off for mail today, so I'll have to put your stickers in the post Tuesday ("licensing rights?", Stew shakes head and chuckles...) On the positive side, since you seem to be getting shut down on that Hellfish, the pescado i thru in the package will be plenty "Stalefish" by th...

Hey kitedude, where can you get the seals done for $30 to $60? Is that for all seals? My roomate called a watersports shop here and they quoted him $200 for seal replacement on his pyro. NRS sells replacement gaskets that fit most drysuits. I think that two ankles, two wrists, and a neck gasket + t...

I found someone selling them 'up north', when I phoned him he was pretty useless and just said 'phone me in a couple of weeks', needless to say I got bored and forgo...

Its been tried. In fact I wouldn't mind betting a certain company who've recently discovered the difficulites of stitching a "revolutionary new material" might be considering it as a face saving way out of a 50% failure rate dilemma.. I'm sure this is a jest at someone, but because I don't keep up ...

True Stew, Plastic welding - good idea but this also adds material to the canopy no ? Not sure if it would or not. Been working with a company trying to implement the technology into large format (like 40'x150') advertising banners, bus wraps, ect. The tests we've done so far compared to sewn banne...

Kite Manufacturers: Tried this?

Wondering if anyone has tried heat welding kite panels together as opposed to stitching them. Would result in lighter weight canopies (no threads which probably weigh a couple pounds if you counted them all) and in some materials (I don't know about kites, that's why I'm asking) the heat welded seam...

Stewart, that's me. At least my parents didn't name me Louise.

I'd post my last name but the FBI haven't tracked me down yet, no reason to help them out.

Cool thread, makes it feel a little more homey.

I pimp my products.
