Hi gbgreen, check out lan.com , you need to fly from Lima to Piura . In Piura you can take a Taxi, it,s a 3 hour ride and the cost is like $70 or you can take a Bus or depending where you are staying in Mancora they can recommend a transportation service from Piura to Mancora. IMHO, don't rent a car...

I think the overall design on kites/boards is awesome! very appealing to the younger generation I guess.

I guess some peeps that don't like the graphics are older (over 35)? more conservative perhaps?
