Re: New North Kitesurfing bar for 2017 (april fools I hope!)

excatly Teabageppo, I only really depower when I'm self landing, thats it. The new north Clicker bar will be perfect for me, Just removes the clutter from having the depower sitting above the bar and then if i do need to depower simply use the clicker system, perfect. I agree with your comments, my ...

Re: Size Angry Swallow

The smallest you can get, the kite will be holding your weight not the surfboard plus the nose design of the AS provides a lot of volume and lift. The wider tail in the AS assists with getting upwind, they are different from your normal surf board shape. Im current riding the 5'2' and its too big. W...

Re: Megalooping an Evo

how are you finding it Wunderlich85 with just normal loops? are you returning to the 12 position in time to land your normal boosts? this should indicate to you how fast they turn, how much pull there is etc before you attempt a 'MegaLoop' I currently ride the 2015 Evo and loop on just about all tra...

Re: Woo vs Xensr

The WOO is what it is, it's a tool that gives you a very good estimate of what is happening in your boost, it is far better than anything that we have had in the past. if your hung up on it not being accurate down to finite measurements then it's probably not for you. At the end of the day it's not ...

Re: How Reliable is the Woo?

I've read that it wont work unless its fitted to the board, I believe it use the difference in forces when the board leaves the water as part of the calculations. It wont record if you stand still and throw it into the air Having it on your arm or anywhere else will give you a false reading anyway, ...

Re: Rip Curl Search GPS Watch

Ive been using it for kiting for a while and it works og for speed and distance, the wave count is skewed as i believe it records each run towards the shore line as a wave. Ive used it the last few weeks to push my speed and have managed a 45km run. Ive also tried it snowboarding and Mtb with averag...
