Re: Stem Cell Treatment for Shoulder?

Stem cell looks like it could be a holy grail of medicine along with things like immunotherapy. If you’re in the US your options are probably limited thanks to the pro-life crowd preventing much needed research. Here’s a talk with Joe Rogan and Mel Gibson.. You're clearly a liberal idiot. Take your...

Re: Flysurfer Soul

Watched a kiter ride a 12M FS Soul recently in 10 kts of wind on a TT. He weighed 86 kilos. Very impressive for a heavier rider in such light wind on a TT. Are you sure about the wind? I have a speed3 12m and I'm 60kg and need at least 12kn to plane on a directional. DrLW I am positive on the wind ...

Re: Philippines to temporarily close popular tourist island Boracay

I watched a documentary awhile back about the sewage issues there. It's pretty bad and being as remote as they are there really is no option other than to pump it straight into the ocean as untreated raw sewage. Chemicals, waste, and trash. Straight into the ocean.

Re: The end of kiteboarding in Florida?

Rick Scott is a jack ass. That aside there is a federal law which states the property line ends at the high tide mark on the property. Therefore you could legally go and launch and walk on ANYONE's property at low tide and there isn't jack shit they can do.

I always cut my suits and they have never deteriorated where I cut them. They just wear out after repeated use every couple of years.

Re: How to beat the Woo Record...

Toby actually brings up a good point which is waves (specifically really large waves) are a cheat way to increase the boost height we see from all the kiters who kite in SA. Just like the ones who like to donkey kick above their head when they boost so they can squeeze out a couple of extra feet. I ...

Re: The best boosting kites. Your real world testing :)

I regularly boost between 130 - 150 feet on every boost on any kite. My WOO is broken because it says I only boosted 20 feet. What's up WOO?

Re: Ronix frank vs slingshot RAD

Yes, tried both and chose Ronix. Nothing is as comfy at Ronix. I don't get the whole durability argument. I don't grind the cables all day like some of the guys do but I take care of my gear and the Ronix are still going strong.
