Vince, I found the Naish 5.7 great for strapless in nonperfect waves here in norcal. As i said in a previous post, I would set the traction pads differently (more forward) for pure strapless. Enjoy.
I would echo coloradokiters comments on the 5.7. It seems to have a sweet spot in wind and waves less than 25knots and 10-12 feet. Beyond those conditions, it's a bit too much board.
