Re: Liquid Force Impulse review

the Impulse wings will work with the Rocket Fuselage. The shorter distance is the same as not using the further spaced holes in the newer fuselage. This just gives you a smaller turn radius and will need less pressure to go up and down on the foil. I recommend the HD fuselage for the Thruster wings ...

technique to run next to foil?

Looking to see if how to do this trick. It's seen in this video https://youtu.be/jpKr-soOFp0
Not really sure of the placement of the kite and the hand on the board. Is the rider looping the kite? Any tips would be great. Thanks

Re: Liquid Force Impulse review

Hey Laughingman,
Make sure to put the foil all the way back near the tail of the board. I find that with the lift of the foil, I don't use my rear strap and my rear foot is in front of the foil. Tons of lift so you can actually be powered and do toes on the nose.

Re: Liquid Force Impulse review

I forgot to mention that if you're foiling and come tot he surface, since there is a bunch of surface area, you'll be able to ride out of it and keep foiling. Great for the white water when heading out. Also when you wipe out, the shape of the front wing keeps it from shooting out of the water so no...

Liquid Force Impulse review

Just wanted to get this review out for those interested in if this wing set up if for them. First off it isn't a fast foil. You want to go fast, then get a Thruster, moses, or slingshot. If you're riding in waves, chop, light winds and or want to practice some foot work on the board in flat water, t...

Re: Kite collapsing on itself during down loop !

if the front lines are stretched then the kite will tend to fold during loops, also happens if the front bridal has some stretch. See this often when people just throw the same trick over and over again.

Re: Fort Lauderdale

Depends on your level of riding. Tiki Beach near Las Olas is for advanced riders since you need to stay out of the swim zone. 16th st Pompano (not Fort Lauderdale but close) is more open but if you're a beginner and kooking out the locals will not be happy with you. But you can get lessons there fro...

Re: Liquid Force Solo 15.5 for foiling?

For foiling I use a 17.5 Solo when there's almost no wind and I can hold that down pretty well without getting over powered much. Then if I see someone out on a 16 meter kite working it on a twin tip, then I can drop down to a 9 Envy.
