Well done Anonymous! What is the point of using a shackle that "can't open"???????? I think I know what you mean - unintentionally? - but that is the reason people don't use them - they don't open when you want then to under high load. I have one of the first Type 4's, which is still going strong with no rips or repairs (not even a bladder). I have no idea on the new Type 5, but RRd had the construction sorted from the start. :smile:
